Apply to previously rinsed and towel-dried perm rods. Leave on approximately 20 minutes, depending on the prior diagnosis of the hair’s nature. Unroll perm rods.
IMPORTANT: Reapply and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse abundantly with water.
